Dan Gibbs, Bass-Baritone, in Recital
On Sunday, January 16 at 3 PM, Music at St. Mark’s presents Dan Gibbs, bass baritone, in recital at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 5th and Oakdale in Medford. Mr. Gibbs will be accompanied by Jodi French, pianist. His recital will include works by Bach, Handel, Mozart, Ravel, Vaughan Williams, Moore, and Brahms.
Mr. Gibbs will graduate this spring from SOU with a Bachelor of Arts degree with vocal performance emphasis; his voice study has been primarily with Dr. Paul French. He has also studied with Ellie Holt Murray and Laurie Anne Hunter, and has worked with professionals, such as Willene Gunn, former Artistic Director of the San Francisco Conservatory.
