Acquire the advanced skill of an expert mediator, improve communication and resolution in the workplace, apply problem-solving skills with family and friends, and serve the community as a trained mediator. Pre-registration is required for this 5 day training on January 7, 8, 9, 15, and 16, 2010, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.
