PBS KIDS Share a StoryPacific Power-Share a Story Sponsor is an unprecedented multi-year, multi-million dollar public service campaign to promote children's literacy. It is designed to, "inspire adults to help millions of children develop language and literacy skills through daily activities, including book reading, storytelling, drawing, acting, rhyming and singing."

First Book

Through designated partners, SOPTV provides 300 free books a month to children who might otherwise not have books of their own.  We believe a lack of books is the greatest barrier to young children developing literacy skills.
