Max’s Mission: Ashland Community Naloxone Meeting

Max’s Mission is an outreach program to spread awareness of Naloxone – a medication used to stop the effects of opioids, especially in an overdose.

Do you or someone you know take opioids, prescription painkillers like OxyContin, Vicodin or other street drugs like heroin? An overdose does not have to be fatal. Naloxone reverses an overdose and restores breathing. It is not addictive and very safe. Anyone can carry it. If you are worried that someone in your life might be at risk join us at the Bellview Grange.

  • Get a prescription for naloxone
  • Be trained on how and when to use naloxone
  • How to get naloxone from your local pharmacy
