The Collier Logging Museum [3], one of Oregon’s finest and oldest museums. Begun in 1947, the Collier brothers displayed a collection of rare, antique logging equipment, with the intent to show how logging equipment has evolved from the use of oxen and felling axes to modern diesel tractors and trucks. Also spotlighted is the vital role the railroad played in the timber industry. The museum is located in Collier Memorial Park on Highway 97, 30 miles north of Klamath Falls, Oregon.
