SAVE MONEY NOW! is a new national public television special featuring consumer advocate and long-time public television host Greg Sherwood. In these difficult financial times, SAVE MONEY NOW! gives viewers dozens of simple and specific ways to save hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars in their daily lives. Household expenses, healthcare, transportation, insurance, and many other areas are covered in the program in a vital and immediately useful way.
The program is a lively fact-filled conversation between Greg Sherwood and public television pledge host, Camille Dixon, who interviews Greg about the tips and secrets of saving real day-to-day money and avoiding unnecessary charges in everyday life. The program is based upon the companion book of the same name, which has over 1400 money-saving tips from experts around the country. Every consumer tip is rigorously vetted and fact-checked to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Greg Sherwood has a degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and has done consumer research for Fortune 100 companies for more than ten years.
