The Shot Heard Round the World

This year marks the 235th anniversary of Paul Revere’s ride and the battles of Lexington and Concord. A free Community Lecture titled “The Shot Heard Round the World” will be held Wednesday, April 21 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm in Room D of the SOU Campbell Center at 655 Frances Lane in Ashland. Presented by Bob Hilton, a retired corporate attorney with a long held interest in American history, the lecture will examine those events at the beginning of the Revolutionary War, focusing on Revere and his supporting cast of characters.
