Wheel Throwing

Lisa, a senior at North Medford High School, is specializing in advanced ceramics. Lisa showed promise from her first semester when she regularly went above and beyond her assignments. Imbuing her work with personal meaning, she continues to improve her craft in both hand building and wheel throwing, with an emphasis on functional ceramics. She plans to continue taking ceramic classes as a means of self-discovery and believes that it will help her in her future studies.
