Two interactive evening lectures at ScienceWorks Museum followed by a deliciously paired wine and food reception featuring a 2008 Grenache Blanc and 2007 Centerline (a blend of syrah, zinfindel, temperanillo and granache) from Somerston Wine Co. – Highflyer 2008.

Guests choose to attend either the Barrel-Making lecture or Bio-Dynamic(TM) Wines. Special guest speakers: Bill Steele of Cowhorn Vineyard and Garden, and Phil Burton, Barrel Maker with Barrel Builders in Calistoga.

Prior to the lectures, there will be a special screening of the movie Crush from The Winemaker Series by Don Sebastiani & Sons.
