Washington Week Has Moved to Sunday!

With the 24 hour news cycle – including our own PBS NewsHour upstaging Washington Week during the week, and very low ratings, we could no longer justify Washington Week on our main channel in prime time. For Friday viewers, however, it is still on our SOPTV-World channel at 8:30 pm.

Here is the new lineup of the six airings of Washington Week on the various SOPTV channels.

Washington Week airs on Friday nights, on SOPTV-World – 8.2 (Charter 192) at 8:30 pm (replacing Asian Insight).

Washington Week airs on SOPTV-World 8.2 (Charter 192) on Saturday at 4:30 am; 2:30 pm and Sundays at 3:30 am and 11:30 am.

Washington Week airs on 8.1 on Sundays at 3:30 pm (replaced Religion and Ethics which was canceled).

Washington Week streams every Friday as soon as it airs on the east coast. – http://www.pbs.org/weta/washingtonweek/

Not happy about the Washington Week change
I realize it’s on other channel and musltiplr times over the weekend but Friday nights is sad without the old line up

Too bad about the move of WW to Sunday. Have to stream now. I loved my Friday news nights.
